Development Kitchen Cape Town

What started as us needing a separate kitchen where we could cook our Sous Vide items, later on turned into a complete development and central kitchen. Here we cooked all proteins Sous Vide style, as well as made all our sauces, and then distributed them country wide. We also created the Beluga Creations Molecular Gastronomy kit here.
