When we started the planning of Beluga Waterfall, it was literally a patch of land. The landlords are also a listed fund, and we had to open on time. The restaurant was a three-hundred-seater, and we never expected it to take off as fast as it did. Our biggest problem was where to find enough seats, and we were looking at how to expand the business. Unfortunately, we had the same landlords as in The Club Pretoria East, so the BR practitioners handed the business over.
